Bug Description

This feature was broken at some point as we moved to Stackforge, but is easy to fix. Basically, it lets us start a fake Reddwarf server locally. This is useful for demonstrating the REST API without creating a full VM or testing features in fake mode.

    Restoring the ability to run fake mode locally.

    * Adding a fix which makes it easy to change logging. This is useful
      if you want to write a script to start a server, run some tests,
      and stop it.
    * Fixed the configuration files which were preventing some stuff
      from working when the fake mode process started. Had to create a
      test api-paste.ini file to use the fake keystone auth.
