Bug Description
On Window Manager --> Window snapping there is a choice to change Outline color and Fill color. When someone changes that, transparency resets to no transparency.
I changed the colors to test it on using the same colors. When I applied it I was left with the same colors but without any transparency.

There is going to be a change to the way window snapping works in Ubuntu 13.04 and perhaps it should be put into consideration. See also: http:// www.omgubuntu. co.uk/2013/ 01/new- icons-window- snap-animation- land-in- unity
