    Fix a logic error in stable version calculation.

    Milestone information in blank for stable branches, so there is no milestone
    prefix. However, we were blindly concatenating the milestone version
    prefix onto the datestamp.

    Fixes bug 1059634.

Accepted glance into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glance/2012.2.1-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
