Help text doesn't provide allowed container/disk formats

Bug Description

If a user doesn't know the specific disk or container format of their image, the help text should give them something a bit more useful than this:

  --disk-format <CONTAINER_FORMAT>
                        Disk format of image.
  --container-format <DISK_FORMAT>
                        Container format of image.

Since I know disk-format and container-format are enums, I'd expect to see the acceptable values in that help text.

    Display acceptable disk/container formats in help text

    Fixes bug #1056497

    This patch provides more information in the help text. Originally the text
    provided the trivial definitions of the arguments disk_format and
    container_format. This patch updates the text to display the acceptable
    formats.
