Bug Description
KTp works best when the presence applet is available in order to control presence, and indicate when you are online. Without it the contact list will raise a dialog every time it is closed.
When merging KTp was discussed on the Kubuntu mailing list it was said that this would happen.
I've just discussed with my team hiding the applet if you have no accounts, so this won't affect people who don't use IM, we can get this in 0.5.1
