Highbank kernel become much slower with -30.47 kernel

It takes more then 90 seconds to boot with precise-30.47 highbank kernel, and less then 30 seconds for precise-29.46 and quantal-11.11

I've test 3.2.0-30.48 on highbank machine. Reboot for several times, all of them goes smoothly and finish in 30 sec. The regression is gone.
