Sometimes QAs report bugs with one category but QAs may need upload additional logs to the bug for debugging purpose

We would like to have feature that able to submit additional logs to particular Bug#.

The function may like
#1 "qabro submit-logs --category [] --bug [Bug no.]"

#2 "qabro submit-logs --bug [Bug no.] then pop-up category to select

#3 pop-up menu for select issue category and input bug no. in somewhere

if that bug no. doesn't exist please have a mechanism to asking again.
