 @Frits, I'm sure high-level directory should be .bzrmeta not
.bzr-meta. Because .bzrmeta is already used in bzr-externals and
scmproj plugins. I think .bzrmeta is already de-facto standard.
Please, don't create a new zoo of meta dirs.
