As written in irc and seen above:

1) /usr/bin/kblueplugd has errors (variables and statements before #!/usr/bin/python)
2) file receiving does not work

Currently workaround:
build svn version

What is not working:
build svn version as debian package, with just leaving kubuntu_08 patch out, perhaps debian patches are faulty, too.
