I think it's linked to bug #66637. I still can't resume from hibernation because UUID change each time I reboot my computer. But this was working on edgy (with UUID too !).
/etc/mkinitramfs/conf.d/resume may have changed to /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
So I think the bug is still present on feisty.
