Bug Description
It's 2009 and we still have "username". I'm not a "user" - this is my computer, I paid for it! Not to be too long-winded but referring to:
http://
the connotations are demeaning and anachronistic.
At this point I don't have any alternative suggestions. It would be interesting to know if other language translations are so encumbered.

Even if you bought it... you still use it , right? so you are a user!
Also how do you expect to differentiate between personal computers and corporate systems?
If we were to identify the difference and the label accordingly , that would not be a simple fix.
If you have an appropriate label for *all* user scenarios , Kindly suggest some alternatives.
