If you want to restore a maximized or semi-maximized window Strg + Super + Down works.
If you want to restore a window placed in corners or top/bottom half Strg + Alt + R works.
Strg + Super + Down should replace Strg + Alt + R, so that restoring + minimizing works for all windows.
