Do not run tests for non-x86 architectures for x86 only packages

Bug Description

Currently with qtbase-opensource-src-gles upload, the same reverse dependencies are tested as for qtbase-opensource-src, doubling the amount of tests.

However, qtbase-opensource-src-gles only has binaries for amd64 and i386, so theoretically it wouldn't be needed to run the tests of reverse dependencies for other architectures?

Thanks - can you link to the log for an incorrect run please?

Here is a test being executed on a reverse dependency of qtbase-opensource-src-gles https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-zesty-ci-train-ppa-service-1985/zesty/ppc64el/k/kdepim-addons/20170105_202155_b62b2@/log.gz

The reason for these runs are that all Qt apps get a dependency (from Qt symbol files) on for example libqt5gui5 | libqt5gui5-gles so that the Qt stack - GL or GLES - can be changed on the fly on x86. So Qt applications that depend on libqt5gui5 (virtually all of them) tend to have alternative dependency on libqt5gui5-gles. However libqt5gui5-gles is not available on other than amd64 or i386.
