The error is probably related to the Snap-package and permissions.
I do not know how Snap-packages work.

Assuming that you are running a .dep (Debian package) based distribution.
Do this:
....Remove the Snap package
....Install .dep package from
....https://launchpad.net/~audio-recorder/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

Estamos ejecutando Audio Recorder sobre MediosLibres GNU/Linux
(Shamatari), una Distro venezolana para medios de comunicación, basada
en Ubuntu Studio 12.04. Frecuentemente la aplicación no inicia la
grabación a la hora programada.

We are running Audio Recorder on MediosLibres GNU / Linux (Shamatari),
a Venezuelan Distro for media, based on Ubuntu Studio 12.04. Often the
application will not start recording at the scheduled time.
