Same here
Reproduce in my context:
1. Click on power icon
2. Click on suspend
3. Wake up notebook
4. Log in
5. There are 4 dialog instances open at the same time (appearing at once)
System: elementary OS 0.4 loki (Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.4.0-38-generic).
Notebook: Acer Aspire V3-571G
Note:
After suspend and wake up there are exactly 4 new entries "/usr/lib/
