Support network_attach with security groups

Zun has an API for attaching a running container to a neutron network. It would be handy to have an option to specify security groups when doing network attach, like this:

  $ zun network-attach --network <neutron-net> --security-group <my-secgroup> <container>

The implementation should make sure the specified security groups are applied for the container.
