image_search just finds images from docker hub and ignore the local image

Bug Description

In fact the local host exists the image which is used to creat/run a container.

# docker images
REPOSITORY TAG IMAGE ID CREATED SIZE
ubuntu latest 0ef2e08ed3fa 9 weeks ago 130 MB

But there is error in image_search:
Error response from daemon: Get https://index.docker.io/v1/search?q=ubuntu&n=25: dial tcp: lookup index.docker.io on 10.41.70.9:53: server misbehaving

Hi Feng,

I guess the error seems to be related to docker daemon. The error seems not related to zun. Can you provide more details on this?
