Bug Description

I need to find away under Zorin 15.2 to Zoom OUT of the displayed image on my monitor

Problem is that the margin of my 1920*1080 Screen resolution are OUT OF the visible display
*SEE PICTURE
In Full Screen the Browser windows corners will not be visible either so I have to search for the RESIWE/CLOSE/MINIMIZE Icons OUT of the visible elements...Weird !!!

Beside; my monitor Does not have an option to REDUCE the displayed image so that 100% of it can be visible.

How can I do that under Zorin ?
It could be like adding an extra margin to the actual display

Note; If I take a SCREEN CAPTURE - PrintScreen - The full desktop is then visible in the capture, but about 1cm lacks in the real displaying..

thanks for your help on a possible resolution

Resolution tested :
1920*1080/60Hrtz 16/9 ...image cut
1920*1080/30Hrtz interlaced 16/9. ...image cut
1280*1024 / 16/9 ...image fully displayed - OK but not practical use.
