Desktop manager freezes and restarts

Bug Description
Hi, There is a huge problem with the desktop manager, I bealive its gnome shell,
the desktop freezes and then it reloads, and sometime it reload with default gnome shell
and the zorin preference is not applying any changes, the only solution was to creat another acount, which has the correct desktop of zorin again, and than replace the config folder with the new user acount, and it is happening after fresh install,
I am using ZorinOS12 core on 2 Pc, One is a laptop and the other is a desktop both with Nviia Graphic card and i7 processor, proprietary driver installed
after disabling the proprietary driver, I can confirm its not the driver problem since it has the same problem with the Nouveau driver
Pleas fix this anoying bug, I use both PC for webdesign, and it keeps crashing
other than the reported problem, everythink is perfect, and thank you for such a beautifull system
It is almost perfect, the only problem is that anoying desktop relaunch bug

I've noticed that the desktop freezes when coming back from suspend and sometimes if you're switching from laptop display to a desktop display (via usb-c to HDMI). Gnome shell appears to crash or hang for minutes and requires a hard restart via power button.
