Bug Description
When Zorin OS 12 64-bit wakes from screensaver, the application icons normally on the taskbar (Chromium, Geary) do not return for 10 seconds.
My system: Dell XPS 13 9360 (Kaby Lake) i7, 8 gig ram, 256 SSD.
Variety 0.6.3
Zorin OS 12 updated to Ubuntu 16.10 base.

I don't see how this has anything to do with Variety (taskbar icons != wallpaper?). Forwarding it anyway to the Zorin OS bug tracker.
