Bug Description
Right now we apparently build a number of our dependencies from source for our Windows developers. If we support 64-bit installers we would have to build virtually all of them ourselves, as 64-bit pre-compiled development packages are not available for most.
We need to keep track of exactly how we build all of these dependencies, ideally in the form of re-usable projects (MSVS most likely), so that we can reproduce those binaries and do updates.
We may even want to share these projects as ancillary downloads for other developers.
