Bug Description

To start with, there's nothing in any of our doc that mentions libzorba_simplestore.so (or zorba_simplestore.dll). Someone who wants to link against Zorba for a larger app has nowhere to start.

We should have at least one or two completely stand-alone demo programs (not just the CREATE_TEST_SOURCELIST() stuff that we have in doc/*/examples) with build instructions in a README as well.
