Bug Description
When editing the content of an existing page in Zim's editor, the underlying file of the page is changed to uppercase.
\Home\Projects.txt -> changes to \Home\PROJECTS.TXT
This started recently with Zim version 0.65, I updated then to 0.67, no change.
This is on Windows 10 Pro, Version 1703, Build 15063.483 - Creators Update, this has been installed two weeks ago.
I suspect the Windows update being somehow responsible, as I am using Zim for years now in the same setup with no problems. Have you encountered a similar behaviour?
Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

To add to my own bug report, the issue might be only indirectly related to Zim.
As the Notebook files are stored on a Truecrypt/Veracrypt volume, I suspected that to be related. And indeed, I don't get the uppercase if I store it on Windows file directly.
I still would like you to consider this as there is a report regarding a similar issue with Veracrypt, where the analysis indicated this behaviour related to a certain way files are treated:
Created file called Fred.txt
Renamed file to fred.txt and filename and extension are converted to all uppercase.
Tried renaming back to Fred.txt and filename and extension stayed uppercase.
Renamed FRED.TXT to Bob.txt and successfully case-sensitive to Bob.txt
(copied from https:/ /sourceforge. net/p/veracrypt /tickets/ 134/?limit= 25)
It might well be that Zim renames the file in the process of storing(?)
