Auto save does not work sometimes

Bug Description
Zim 0.65 running on Linux Mint 18.1 64 bit
If I enter text into a page and then shutdown my PC the data is not saved. If I enter text and then change to a different page, then shutdown, the date is saved, so it seems that changing pages saves changed.
This is a real problem for me as I often use zim to make notes of things I am doing, sometimes my notes are lost
