Bug Description
If read only (Toggle notebook editable) mode is enabled and the program is restarted the button (Toggle notebook editable) shows that read only mode is enabled but the program in not in read only mode. This new to version 0.67. I have tested it on both Windows and Linux and the bug is present on both.
