Bug Description
Distraction free configs should be user specific, not zim book specific.
You probably want to use this feature the same way on all books, if activated.
Vague idea: Maybe the decision
a) book-specific
b) user specific
could be solved in a more generic way?
Think about git configs, "user specific" in $HOME/.gitconfig and repository specific:
