Bug Description
Write a text and make it indented, by pressing tab when the cursor is at the beginning of a text. Then position the cursor at the end of the text, then press enter two times, backspace once, to delete the indent and type a word as a header. Press Strg+R and then write something under the header, and press Strg+R again. You will realize that the space between the indented text and the header extended to two lines, where just before only one line was.
Happens with Zim 0.59 under Ubuntu Gnome Remix 12.10.
Best regards!
