m4a files not detected/shown in interface

Bug Description
Just tried out zeya and getting the same thing as the first poster: no m4a files detected. I do have faad installed (verified by running faad from bash), running Python 2.7, and all of the dependencies. For reference, I encoded all of my m4a files with the Nero AAC encoder (http://
MP3 files show up with no problems. I tried deleting the zeya.db file in the root of the music folder, but no change. I had installed from Ubuntu repo which is version 0.4 (sudo apt-get install zeya) previously, but did a purge before downloading source from git for 0.5.
I get:
