Bug Description
Playback seems slightly slowed down. It is as if its a vinyl record spinning at a few RPM slower than normal. I have tried the packages on Ubuntu 13.10, Debian Wheezy, and also the git code. I have also tested with both Firefox and Chrome. I'm running out of ideas here, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I confirmed with serving up a song with python -m SimpleHTTPServer that was 2:29. Zeya plays the song to 2:36. It must have something to do with the encoding process.
