Bug Description

The zc.buildout.testing.normalize_path RE-normalizer pair should include os.path.pathsep in the excluded characters at the beginning and end of the path.

This will avoid adjacent text (other paths, 'file:' from a file URL) from getting swallowed unintentionally.

I'll be happy to create a patch, but don't want to bother unless Jim agrees this would be an improvement.
