It is impossible to navigate to the collections from a touch screen

The New Pastiche and East Asian Misfits links become visible when you hover your mouse over the Collections link in the navigation bar. However, it is impossible to hover in this fashion when using a touch screen interface like the iPad. On these devices, there is no way to see or reveal the two collection links. (Tested on iPad).

To fix this:

Make "Collections" an active link that will reveal the two collection links via jQuery. Alternatively, make the two collection links always visible, instead of only visible when hovering over collections.
