Bug Description
Our 4 prod servers are currently each configured to syslog to the 3 other servers, as well as to our monitoring server.
We should package this configuration, because it seems likely to save us some headache going forward. Probably add it to xvm-munin-config, which should maybe be renamed to xvm-monitoring-
