Bug Description
I had used stellarium for a week or two without trouble, then I installed opera (deb file downloaded from opera.com). Thereafter stellarium was unuseable - it crashed with a segmentation fault. After trying re-installation and uninstalling opera, reboots and even trying a newer version of of stellarium (11.2), it still crashes with the same message. I have returned to 11.0 from the Ubuntu Precise repository without any change. When called from the keyboard the report is: stellarium: ../../intel/
I can provoke the crash by searching for the moon and then reversing time. Just now, (11:30 BST) I went backwards quite quickly and it froze at 04:23 BST, a minute or so later I repeated the operation and it froze at 04:38 BST. It does crash under other circumstances, but this is an easy way of getting it to happen.
