Tab key duplicates last character on fast-typing

Bug Description
In any input field: when I type char and then press Tab with small delay, I get duplicate of that char. that not happens, If delay is longer.
For example:
<s>[small delay]<Tab> -> ss
<s>[long delay]<Tab> -> s{\t}
But if I add application in ignore list of xneur all works properly.
