Bug Description

From https://bugs.launchpad.net/wxbanker/+bug/618192/comments/2: "The bottom panel where you add a transaction looks a little cramped. The date entry field is too short to fully contain the date, and i think the whole panel would look better if there was more padding around each element".

I agree, let's do both.
