account already exists warning is not always in a good place

When trying to create a new account with the name of an account that already exists, a "soft error" appears at the location of the cursor. But this isn't always a good place since the new account control appears at the bottom of the list but the add account button is at the top. As such a user might not notice this error. Perhaps use a normal message window, or figure out a way to put it in the right place.
