Bug Description
I am new and have installed Ubunto via wubi (current version). No error report during installation. Restart did lead to selection of XP or ubuntu. After selection Ubunto - it will not boot into he login page. Scripts running only.....last script is:
Begin: Running / scripts/
root@ubuntu:~#
That's it. What can I do? Any command to start into login page? Thx.

Please zip up your logs and attach to this bug report:
Create zip file from ubuntu root prompt: logs.zip /var/log
sudo zip -r /host/ubuntu/
Then boot windows and attach logs.zip file from \ubuntu\ directory on the drive you installed wubi on.
Thanks
PS launchpad.net doesn't format well - there are spaces in the above command - cut and paste into notepad to see more clearly
