Bug Description
Downloading a disk image may take a while depending on connection speed. If the system automatically goes to suspend, the download is not resumed and the user must restart the install.
To alternatives:
* Disable power saving when Wubi downloads a disk image
OR
* Allow wubi to resume a partial download
