Wubi 9.04 UI glitches

Bug Description
There are still a few UI glitches:
With classic theme / no themes:
* Some icons appear with a black background (seems to depend on the way the bitmap is saved)
* The groupbox label is completely transparent while it should be opaque to hide the underlying horizontal line
With XP themes:
* The vertical size of the window change, and the vertical image goes beyond the horizontal divider line
* When uninstalling the "backup ISO" checkbox has black background.
