Bug Description

A lot of the skeletons are misaligned, resulting in incorrect animations.
I'm no expert at Blender, but I guess that this is caused by transformations not being correctly applied.
I've fixed the bear skeleton by applying scale, rotation and translations, but my Blender knowledge isn't good enough that I could easily fix the cow.

So, what's needed is that each animated mesh needs to be surveyed, and those that have incorrect animations (this is easily seen) needs to be fixed.

The Deer, Duck, Horse, are showing similar results, the issue appears to be that the armature has been rescaled. Scaling bones never leads to good results in my experience. Fixing this would require unparenting, unscaling, and then setting it up again. The weights also appear to have some issues, and there are a number of deforming IK/FK bones that really don't need to be carried into Ogre. I think the cleanest and quickest fix is to retarget the existing animations onto a clean rig and see about setting up puppeting bones later.

Aside from this issue there are a number of other creatures that are not showing animations which they should have, but that could be considered a separate bug/fix issue. They are - Chicken, Dog, Donkey (no walk), Goblin/Kobold, Paladin, Pickerel/Bass/Tuna, Pig, Skeleton, Spider, Squirrel

Yeah, some of the animation names have changed, so the modeldef mappings needs to be updated. I'll add that as a separate bug.

This is how the cow looks in relation to the bones, as an example.
