Bug Description
In the Property editor and in Settings editor the event of property change is generated twice when the user presses the Enter: first time due to the Enter being pressed and the second time due to the focus loss.
The focus loss must also generate this event, but only if no Enter was peressed.
A solution is to use the isTemporal() method of the FocusLost event to decide if the property change needs to be triggered.
