Clicking on non-primary screen doesn't close indicators

Bug Description
Elementary OS Loki, two monitors above each other. My top monitor is set as primary. When I open some indicator (slingshot, wifi, sound...) and click on my bottom monitor, it doesn't close, just loses focus. When clicking on my primary display, everything works fine.
Expected behavior: indicator closes just fine
Actual behavior: indicator stays open
