Bug Description
I've found this problem with transmissionbt and vlc opened (and their respective tray icons) at the same time.
When I quit the right-most app by "pressing the tray icon">"pressing Quit in the sub-menu" that app quits (as expected), its tray is removed from the tray (as expected) but the other tray icon is also removed (the bug!). See the screenshot for more details.
