Bug Description
Hello,
Geary receives mail in the background, i opened geary read all the received mails and i still have them in my notifications indicator; i think that when you first open the application or you maximize it, the notification should be cleaned too and not only when the app is focused

The indicator should clear the notifications by default if that app is opened, AND maybe even give apps a way to remove the notifications from the indicator. Not sure if possible, but maybe catching a Close () notification call from an app should remove it, or as a worst case scenario have a dbuz interface so apps can close their own notifications....
