window-picker-applet's close button fails Fitt's law

Bug Description

The window-picker-applet displays a Close button at the right-edge of the window title tab. This button does not sit flush with the edge of the widget and therefore fails Fitt's Law (when the applet is positioned at the rightmost end of the panel). The Go Home applet on the other hand passes it.

The positioning of the Close button is currently the biggest inconvenience when using the applet and Maximus. The button should be removed from there and placed in a separate applet, which has just the Close button. This close-button-applet can then be positioned at the rightmost edge, with the notification tray and other widgets appearing between it and window-picker-applet.

Hope this makes sense.
