Bug Description

the new Frisian tribe needs balancing with regard to the other tribes.

Topics for improvement are:
- buildcost: as the Frisians need a lot of buildings which consume much and expensive materials
- production speed: at least the farm but perhaps other buildings as well are producing to slow
- Training costs: the frisians consume a lot of ressources for training soldiers which is not compensated enough for by recycling.

Here is the second Excel sheet dealing with the build costs of every tribe. I have accumulated the build costs of every single building. Afterwards I have splitted up refined material in the cheapest basic materials available in the economy. Afterwards I modified the build cost in the following way:

for every size(small Medium Big) or type (warehouse, barracks, etc.) of buildings the needed wares should be comparable due to the resulting build times. The needed basic material should be comparable as well. Therefore I reduced the costs for brick a little.

For the Military I just compared the area conquered with the needed Building material and the current values looked comparable to the other tribes. I just needed to reduce the cost for the frisian tower otherwise it would be a totally useless building.

Only thing missing currently is the number of how many buildings of each type is needed for an economy which will support the production of heroes. In this section I could need some help from advanced players.

ok here is the mine efficiency excel. In contrary to the other excel sheets the yellow background does not contain suggestions from my side but spots were I noticed strange values. This is spread all over the tribes and barbarians are not really much worse than the others if we ignore the vallue wares per dug ressource.

as the soldier gets equipped with a second sword and no weapon is scraped the first round of advanced training in the arena doesn't deliver any scrap.
