Bug Description
The Port (Haven), when being erected in a new colony place, does not erase enough surrounding lands off trees in order to build initial small houses like Woodcutter or Sentry. Enough land is cleared for the building of the Port itself, however it may occur that there is no space left where additional building can erected.

This is easy to implement as it is already in the code but using a radius which is too small (they use 2 but at least 3 is required as the port itself blocks radius 0 to 1).
So I'll go for a radius of 3.
Question is whether we should clear stones as well as currently only trees are cleared?
