Bug Description
I've noticed some strings in wicd 1.7.2 are untranslated to Spanish, even when they are translated to Spanish in es.po. It turns out that since I use the es-AR locale, wicd is using the es_AR.po file instead, which is incomplete. Other translations that are incomplete are es_MX, es_CO, es_NI, es_CL, es_GT and es_VE. These translations should be completed or removed so that all Spanish locales have a full translation.

I'd really like to remove language variants which bring no clear benefit to the localisation of the project. Another example is en_CA, i.e. English as spoken in Canada.
