Bug Description
I am setting IP-address of this computer outside DHCP, 10.0.0.5.
Wicd fills in the details "netmask: 255.255.255.0" and "default gateway: 10.0.0.1". The default gateway is correct, but the netmask should be 255.0.0.0.

Besides that, this is a bug I'm aware of -- you already reported it in Debian ;)
Thanks for opening it here too, though. I'll fix this ASAP.
