OS: Slackware 13.37
Wicd version: 1.7.2.4
Problem: When enabled the debug, the log gets spammed by the message: GetCurrentNetwo

Fix:
[22:26] dapal .*ESSID:
[22:28] dapal now, delete any *.pyc / *.pyo you might have in that directory, clear wicd.log, restart the daemon, and check whether you still have that message
